At Peter Pauper Press, we want you to be delighted with your purchase of our books, journals, and stationery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that products like journals and boxed stationery are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
